This resole business will never return you shoes.
They promised to resole and return shoes within approximately 1 week. After four weeks of delays and zero communication from Ri Fahnestock, I called and sent an email. He then promised to return me my finished shoes, free of charge, by the end of that week. It's been six weeks now- I am leaving the state- and I have no shoes. If you want to get rid of old climbing shoes, simply throwing them into the trash is easier.
